Webex App | Use the Mac system screen sharing picker to share content
If you use macOS, you can use the system screen sharing picker instead of Webex controls to share your screen, window, or an app in a call or meeting.
Before you begin
You need macOS Sequoia 15.0 or later.

Open Webex and sign in. |

Click Settings on the navigation sidebar and click Sharing content. |

Check Use the Mac system screen sharing picker and click Save. |

During a call or meeting, click . The system screen sharing picker appears instead of the Share content dialog.
To exit the system screen sharing picker, press Esc. |
When you use the system screen sharing picker, you can't do the following:
When you share content using the system screen sharing picker:

An orange outline doesn't appear around the shared screen or application.

If you move a shared application to another monitor, it isn't visible to other meeting participants.

The share control bar doesn't show "You're sharing <screen or application name>."
